Quality System
UMBRIA FILLER began to put the first phases of the Quality System into effect in 1992. This came about, on one hand, because the needs of the Clients and the market competition had become increasingly demanding, with rapidly growing trends. While on the other hand, the first encounters with the reference norms enabled them to gather direct knowledge of a powerful tool for updating the company organisational structure in keeping with the challenges of the future in a market that is increasingly accessible to the world.

The Client is the centre of our universe, supporting our company on three pillars:

  • the Client as the key objective of each and every company activity
  • the collaborators as the primary company resources
  • the continuous improvement in company performances with the involvement of all.

UMBRIA FILLER has put itself forward as the key contributory for the commissioning and successive maintenance and constant improvement of the Quality System, by systematically identifying the needs of equipment and resources of the individual departments, the prompt and effective contribution critical for resolving any problems that may arise and the necessary assistance and incentives.

UMBRIA FILLER has been operating in accordance to a Quality System since 1999.
